RESOLUTION ADOPTING A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY\nDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR A NEW THREE-YEAR TERM - The City participates in the Urban\nCounty Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program through the Los Angeles Community\nDevelopment Authority. The proposed Cooperation Agreement is for a new three-year term.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt the attached Resolution No. 23-29 titled, “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA VERNE, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES,\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN THE LOS ANGELES URBAN COUNTY\nPROGRAM” to receive Community Development Block Grants and authorize the City Manager to sign\nthe Cooperation Agreement.
