RESOLUTION FOR 2023-24 APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT - Every year, the City must adopt the annual\nappropriations limit for expenditures paid by tax proceeds, consistent with the requirements of California\nlaw. Appropriations financed by service fees, grants and other non-tax revenues are exempt.
