7. LEASE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR PRINTERS AND COPIERS - After a review of the current\nprinter and copier equipment service, staff determined that improved service and reduced costs would\noccur if they consolidated all the peripherals at City Hall and the City Yard. City Council is asked to\napprove the attached 5-year lease agreement with Kyocera Document Solutions West.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a lease agreement\nwith Kyocera Document Solutions West, for printer and copier services, for a 63-month term at a base\nmonthly rate of $1,041.16.
