25. Exercise the First of Three One-Year Renewal Options with Blais & Associates, LLC for\nGrant Writing Services from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 and Increase the Total\nNot-to-Exceed Amount from $140,000 to $350,000 to Incorporate the Annual Renewal\nOptions\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve exercising of the first of three, one-year renewal options with Blais &\nAssociates, LLC for Grant Writing Services from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 and\nincrease the total not-to-exceed amount for these service from $140,000 to $350,000\nto incorporate the renewal options; and,\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute this and future renewals, subject to review and\napproval by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Staff Report - Extension of Blais and Associates Grant Writing Services
