3) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH EDGESOFT, INC., FOR SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND HOSTING OF THE\nCITY’S ACTIVITY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (AIMS) AND ONLINE PERMIT\nCOUNTER\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a second amendment to Professional Services Agreement (Contract No. 2012(b))\nwith Edgesoft, in an amount not-to-exceed $29,220 annually for maintenance and hosting\nof the City’s Activity Information Management Systems and Online Permit Counter; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive changes and execute all related\ndocuments.
