11) DISCUSSION OF THE COLLECTION SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED DISPOSAL\nSERVICES, LLC DBA REPUBLIC SERVICES, AS AMENDED, INCLUDING CONSIDERATION TO\nCONDUCT LIEN PROCESS FOR NON-PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS FOR SOLID\nWASTE COLLECTION SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Discuss the Collection Service Agreement with Consolidated Disposal Services, LLC dba\nRepublic Services, as amended, including, but not limited to, regular collection services,\nbulky item pick-up services, special drop-off events, delinquent account collection, and\nSB 1383 compliant collection, disposal, and education/outreach services;\nb. Provide direction regarding the placement of liens upon real property for non-payment\nof residential and commercial delinquent accounts for solid waste collection services; and\nc. Provide additional direction, as appropriate.
