9) A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE\nALLOCATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR\n2023-2024\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Conduct a Public Hearing;\nb. Pending public testimony, adopt Resolution No. 8232 approving the allocation of\nCommunity Development Block Grant Funds for Fiscal Year 2023-2024; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to submit documentation conveying the City\nCouncil’s Resolution to the Los Angeles County Community Development Authority for\napproval.
