8) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT RESOLUTIONS TO ACCEPT FUNDS FROM THE CALIFORNIA\nDEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,500,000 FOR THE PACOIMA\nWASH CONNECTIVITY PROJECT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8234 accepting grant funds in the amount of $7,500,000 for the\nPacoima Wash Connectivity Project, funded through the California Department of\nTransportation, to complete the Pacoima Wash Bike Path Project and improvements to\nthe Pacoima Wash Natural Park;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8235 appropriating $7,500,000 in funds for the Pacoima Wash\nConnectivity Project; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a Funds Transfer Agreement with\nCaltrans, including any amendments thereof, and all grant related documents.\nPUBLIC HEARINGS
