22. Award a Sole Source Agreement to Siemens Industry, Inc. for Ongoing Building\nAutomation and Maintenance, Including Unforeseen Urgent Repairs, in an Amount\nNot-To-Exceed $250,000 Over Three (3) Years\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award a Sole Source Agreement to Siemens Industry, Inc. (“Siemens”) for ongoing\nbuilding automation and maintenance at various City facilities in an amount not to\nexceed $130,000 for a three-year period effective July 1, 2023;\n2) Authorize Siemens Industry, Inc. (“Siemens”) to perform additional urgent building\nautomation repairs at various City facilities on an as-needed basis in an amount not to\nexceed $120,000 for a three-year period effective July 1, 2023; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with Siemens and any\nsubsequent documents or amendments, subject to approval by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Staff Report
