12.1.\nCommunity Facilities District 2020-1, McCall Mesa, Issuance of Special Tax Bonds\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance of special tax bonds and bond\ndocuments in connection with Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2020-1\n(McCall Mesa) located in the northeastern portion of the City, on the southwest\ncorner of Menifee Road and Rouse Road; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to appropriate funds for debt service and related\nexpenditures and revenues within the McCall Mesa custodial fund.
