CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENT TO CITY MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve a performance bonus in the amount of 5.0% of base salary as authorized by the\nexisting Employment Agreement; and\n2) Approve the Fourth Amendment to the City Manager Employment Agreement.
