18. Award of Contract to Central Park Basketball & Tennis Court Resurfacing, Project\nNo. 23-PRK-01\nRecommendation that the City Council take the following actions:\na) Award a Contract in the amount of $84,323.80 to Trueline Construction and\nSurfacing for the Central Park Basketball & Tennis Court Resurfacing, Project No.\n23-PRK-01;\nb) Provide direction to staff regarding the bid alternative to stripe the basketball courts\nfor pickleball including, if so desired, the appropriation of additional funds for the\nbid alternative; and\nc) Appropriate an additional $43,450 from the Capital Outlay Reserve Fund (COR),\nwhich includes a five percent contingency, to complete the project.
