A.11. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT FY22 RIVERSIDE UASI\n(URBAN AREAS SECURITY INITIATIVE) GRANT AWARD (Report of:\nFinancial & Management Services)\nRecommendations:\n1. Accept and approve the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the\nCity of Riverside, by and through its Office of Emergency Management,\nand the City of Moreno Valley (City) for the project of Video Infrastructure\nand Analytics Terror Mitigation in the amount of $195,000; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the associated UASI (Urban Area\nSecurity Initiative) grant program documents, in substantial conformance\nwith the attached templates, upon, and subject to the approval of the\nCity Attorney, and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent amendments to\nthe UASI grant program, subject to the approval of the City Attorney, in\naccordance with approved terms of the agreement and within available\nbudget as previously approve by Council; and\n4. Authorize a budget adjustment as set forth in the Fiscal Impact section\nof this report.
