7. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR CITY-WIDE CUSTODIAL SERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n2\n1) Award a contract to Allied Universal Janitorial Services for custodial services for all City\nfacilities; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract including the option of four, one-year\nextensions, including Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustments if mutually agreed upon.
