Authorize the City Manager to execute a second amendment\nto the Agreement with Ocean Blue Environmental Services, Inc. to increase the annual\nexpenditure amount of $350,000 for the one-year term ending June 30, 2023 by $100,000,\nfor a total annual amount of $450,000, and increase the annual expenditure amount of\n$350,000 for the remaining term of the agreement, including the optional two-year\nextension period, by $100,000 for a total annual amount of $450,000, for a total increase\nof $400,000, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City\nAttorney (Agreement No. 2023-XXX).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a second amendment to the Agreement with\nUnited Storm Water, Inc. to increase the annual expenditure amount of $350,000 for the\none-year term ending June 30, 2023 by $100,000, for a total annual amount of $450,000,\nand increase the annual expenditure amount of $350,000 for the remaining term of the\nagreement, including the optional two-year extension period, by $100,000 for a total\nannual amount of $450,000, for a total increase of $400,000, subject to non-substantive\nchanges approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023.-XXX).
