31.\nApprove an Agreement with Community SeniorServ, Inc. dba Meals on Wheels Orange\nCounty for the Senior Meals Program for a Total Not-to-Exceed Amount of $100,000\n(General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Parks, Recreation, and Community Services\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with\nCommunity SeniorServ, Inc., dba Meals On Wheels Orange County for the Senior Meals\nProgram in the amount of $90,300 for base services (home-delivered meals and lunch\ncafe programs) and $9,700 for additional as-needed services, for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $100,000 for the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, subject to non-\nsubstantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No.\n2023-XXX).
