ROAD CLOSURES FOR 4TH OF JULY PARADE AND FUN FEST AND\nFIREWORKS SHOW (Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendations:\nAuthorize the Moreno Valley Police Department/Public Works Director/\nCity Engineer the authority to approve all 4th of July Parade and Fun Fest\nstreet closures as follows:\n1. Closure of the following streets between the hours of 6:00 a.m.\nand 12:00 p.m. to conduct the Fourth of July Parade scheduled to take\nplace on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.\na. Towngate Boulevard between Frederick Street, Eucalyptus Avenue and\nMemorial Way;\nb. Frederick Street between Centerpointe Drive and Cactus Avenue;\nc. Cottonwood Avenue between Pan Am Boulevard and Dunhill Drive;\nd. Eucalyptus Avenue between Pan Am Boulevard and Kochi Drive;\ne. Dracaea Avenue between Pan Am Boulevard and Kochi Drive;\nf. Atlantic Circle east of Frederick Street;\ng. Brabham Street between Frederick Street and Andretti Street;\nh. Towngate Boulevard between Frederick Street and Heritage Way;\ni. Bay Avenue between Kristina Court and Courage Street;\nj. Alessandro Boulevard between Chagall Court and Elsworth Street;\nk. Brodiaea Avenue between Joy Street, and Frederick Street;\nl. Resource Way between Frederick Street and Corporate Way;\nm. Corporate Way between Calle San Juan de Los Lagos and Resource\nWay;\nn. Eastridge Street between Frederick Street and Heritage Way;\no. Calle San Juan De Los Lagos between Frederick Street and Veterans\nWay;\np. Veterans Way between Business Center Drive and Alessandro\nBoulevard;\nq. New Hope between Veterans Way and Elsworth;\nr. Veterans Way between Cactus Avenue and Alessandro Boulevard, and\ns. Heritage Way between Towngate Boulevard and Town Circle.\n2. Restrict parking along the southern roadway edge of Alessandro\nBoulevard between Frederick Street and Graham Street from 12:00 am\nuntil 10:00 pm on July 4, 2023.\n3. Closure of the following street between the hours of 8:00 pm to 9:45 pm\nfor the firework fallout zone.\na. Alessandro Boulevard between Frederick Street and Graham Street.
