PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPTION OF THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT\nPLAN AND BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEARS 2023/24 & 2024/25 (2023-XX, HA\n2023-XX, CSD 2023-XX, SA 2023-XX, MVCF 2023-XX) (Report of: Financial\n& Management Services)\nRecommendations: To the City Council:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing to adopt Resolution No. 2023-XX. approving\nthe Capital Improvement Plan and Budget for FYs 2023/24 and\n2024/25;\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director to prepare/finalize the Adopted\nCapital Improvement Plan (CIP) once adopted by Council for the\npurpose of completing the California Society of Municipal Finance\nOfficers award program requirements and final distribution;\n3. Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to consolidate the approved CIP\nBudget with the approved and adopted City Operating Budget for FYs\n2023/24 and 2024/25.\nRecommendations: To the Housing Authority:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing to adopt Resolution No. HA 2023-XX, a\nResolution of the Moreno Valley Housing Authority of the City of\nMoreno Valley, California, approving the CIP for FYs 2023/24 and\n2024/25.\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director to prepare/finalize the Adopted\nCapital Improvement Plan (CIP) once adopted by Council for the\npurpose of completing the California Society of Municipal Finance\nOfficers award program requirements and final distribution;\n3. Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to consolidate the approved CIP\nBudget with the approved and adopted City Operating Budget for FYs\n2023/24 and 2024/25.\nRecommendations: To the CSD:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing to adopt Resolution No. CSD 2023-XX, a\nResolution of the Community Services District of the City of Moreno\nValley, California, approving the CIP for FYs 2023/24 and 2024/25.\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director to prepare/finalize the Adopted\nCapital Improvement Plan (CIP) once adopted by Council for the\npurpose of completing the California Society of Municipal Finance\nOfficers award program requirements and final distribution;\n3.
