12.\nStandard Sublease Agreement for Building 676 and 717A by and between the Southern\nCalifornia Logistics Airport Authority and The Boeing Company\nRecommendation:\nThat the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority (“SCLAA”) Board of Directors:\n(1) Approve entering into a Standard Sublease Agreement for Building 676 and 717A\n(“Agreement”), by and between the SCLAA and The Boeing Company, (“Boeing”); and\n(2) Authorize the Airport Director to execute said Agreement.
