F.1. PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE NATIONAL POLLUTANT\nDISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) REGULATORY RATE\nSCHEDULE FOR NEW AND EXISTING RESIDENTIAL, COMMON\nINTEREST, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, AND QUASI-PUBLIC USE\nDEVELOPMENT PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2023/2024 ANNUAL\nRATES (Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendations: That the City Council:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing to review and confirm annual regulatory rate\nschedule for the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System\nProgram for New Residential, Common Interest, Commercial,\nIndustrial and Quasi-Public Land Uses.\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-XX, a Resolution of the City Council of the\nCity of Moreno Valley, California, Authorizing and Approving the Levy\nof the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)\nRegulatory Rate for New and Existing Residential, Common Interest,\nCommercial, Industrial, and Quasi-Public Use Development of the\nCounty of Riverside Property Tax Roll.\n3. Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to adjust the rates levied on the\nproperty tax bills in the event there are any parcel changes between\nthe City Council meeting date and the date the fixed charges are\nsubmitted to the County of Riverside or other adjustments, provided\nthe applied rate does not exceed the maximum rate, is in compliance\nwith the ballot for each parcel, and is consistent with the adopted\nbudget.
