7) CONSIDERATION OF CONTINUED POLICE COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY SERVICES\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute an agreement with SDI Presence LLC, in an\nannual amount up to $250,000, for a term of three years (with the option of two one-year\nextensions), for continued specialized computer technology services for the Police\nDepartment, using available federal equitable sharing funds (in Fund 117), in substantially\nthe form as attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.\n2.
