H. Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of\nCompletion for the Redondela Drive Area Americans with Disabilities Act\n(ADA) Improvements Project. (Awwad)\nRecommendation: (1) Accept the Redondela Drive Area ADA Improvements\nProject as complete; (2) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion\nfor the project with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder’s Office; and if\nno claims are filed within 35 days after recordation, send a notice to the surety\n6/2/23, 2:08 PM rpv.granicus.com/GeneratedAgendaViewer.php?view_id=5&event_id=2421\ncompany to exonerate the Performance Bond; and (3) Authorize the Director\nof Public Works to release the 5% construction retention payment to CT&T\nConcrete Paving, Inc., 35 days after recordation of the Notice of Completion\nby the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder’s Office, contingent upon no\nclaims being filed on the project, and the contractor posting an acceptable\nwarranty bond with the City.\nAgenda Report
