K. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH TRANSTECH ENGINEERS, INC. FOR\nBUILDING AND SAFETY SERVICES AND PUBLIC WORKS ENGINEERING\nSERVICES\nThe City Council is requested to award an agreement for building and safety\nservices and public works engineering services.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve an agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc. (Transtech) to\nprovide building and safety services and public works engineering services\n(Attachment “A”); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
