CC-8 Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Northstar Chemical, Inc., dba Pacific Star Chemical, for\n the Continued Provision of Water Treatment Chemicals dated August 2, 2022, in an Amount not\n to Exceed $148,000.00 for the Period Ending June 30, 2024, with Two (2) Remaining One-Year\n Options to extend\n Staff Reference: Alex Tachiki, Public Works Director\n Recommendation: Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Northstar Chemical, Inc., dba\n Pacific Star Chemical, dated August 2, 2022, for the continued provision of water treatment chemicals\n in an amount not to exceed $148,000.00 for the period ending June 30, 2024, with two (2) remaining\n one-year options to extend, at the City’s discretion, and authorize the City Manager to execute the\n necessary documents in a form approved by the City Attorney
