ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED\nJUNE 30, 2022\nAn Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is a set of United States\ngovernment financial statements comprising the financial report of a state,\nmunicipal or other governmental entity that complies with the accounting\nrequirements created and circulated by the Governmental Accounting\nStandards Board.\nRecommendation:\n1. Receive and file the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for\nthe year ended June 30, 2022 (Attachment “A”);\n2. Receive and file the Independent Auditor’s Communication to the City\n(Attachment “B”);\n3. Receive and file the Independent Accountants’ Report on Applying Agreed-\nUpon Procedures Related to the Article XIII-B Appropriations Limit\nCalculation (Gann Limit) (Attachment “C”); and\n4. Receive and file the Independent Auditor’s Report on Internal Control over\nFinancial Reporting and on Compliance and Other Matters Based on an\nAudit of Financial Statements Performed in accordance with Government\nAuditing Standards (Attachment “D”).
