J. APPROVAL OF A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT REGARDING THE\nADMINISTRATION AND COST SHARING FOR IMPLEMENTING THE\nWATERSHED MANAGEMENT PLAN (WMP) ASSOCIATED TASKS AND\nTHE COORDINATED INTEGRATED MONITORING PROGRAM (CIMP) FOR\nTHE UPPER LOS ANGELES RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT AREA\nThe City Council is being asked to approve this Memorandum of Agreement\nbetween the City and other neighboring jurisdictions to continue to implement\nthe CIMP as well as various WMP- related tasks.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a Memorandum of Agreement between the members of the Upper\nLos Angeles River Watershed Group and the San Gabriel Valley Council of\nGovernments regarding the administration and cost sharing for\nimplementing the Watershed Management Plan associated tasks and the\nCoordinated Integrated Monitoring Program for the Upper Los Angeles\nRiver Watershed Management Area; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the MOA.
