10.o. Fire Station Facilities Repairs – Fire Station 153 Concrete and Asphalt Repair 347\nProject\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Award a contract for the Fire Station 153 – Concrete and Asphalt Repair\nProject to G.M. Sager Construction., Inc. as the lowest responsive and\nresponsible bidder in an amount not-to-exceed $166,925 and authorize the City\nManager to execute the contract; and\n2. Authorize an amount of $16,000 (approximately 10%) as a contingency to\ncover the cost of unforeseen construction expenses.
