10.n. Fenimore Avenue & Calvados Avenue – Street and Water Rehabilitation 273\nProject – Award of Contract to Sully-Miller Contracting Company in the\nAmount of $1,315,000\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Approve plans and specifications for the Fenimore Avenue & Calvados\nAvenue – Street and Water Rehabilitation Project;\n2. Award the Contract for the Fenimore Avenue & Calvados Avenue – Street\nand Water Rehabilitation Project to Sully-Miller Contracting Company as the\nlowest responsive and responsible bidder in the amount of $1,315,000 and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the Contract; and\n3. Authorize a project contingency amount of $75,000 for any unforeseen\nconstruction expenses.
