Vacation of an Offer of Dedication of a Drainage Easement on Tract Map No.\n17316\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Find the dedication vacation not subject to environmental review under the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines\nSections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3); and\n(2) Adopt Resolution No. 23-036 vacating the dedication as described and depicted\nby the exhibits attached thereto and ordering the recordation of the same.
