Ratify the Staff Action to Change Dealership for Purchase Replacement Fleet\nVehicle #61\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n· Ratifies the staff action authorizing a payee change of an\napproved Purchase Order in the amount not to Exceed\n$40,000 from Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac to Jessup Auto\nPlaza to purchase one (1) 2023 Chevrolet Bolt Electric Vehicle\nreplacement for Vehicle #61.\n· Authorizes the Town Manager or designee to execute all\nvehicle sales paperwork and selling of the surplus vehicle.
