Resolution No. 23-XX, Rejection of Bid, Authorization to re-bid.\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council reject the bid for the Annexed Property East\nFence and Gate Project, Town Project No. 8953, and adopts the\nResolution and authorizes the Town Clerk to re-advertise and receive\nbids.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YUCCA\nVALLEY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE\nANNEXED PROPERTY EAST FENCE AND GATES PROJECT IN SAID TOWN\nAND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE TOWN CLERK TO ADVERTISE\nAND RECEIVE BIDS.

14. Revenue Measure Oversight Commission Appointment\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council consider the submitted applications and\nrecommend the appointment of an applicant to the Revenue Measure\nOversight Commission for a term ending on 04/01/2027.

15. Town Services Consolidation and Public Meeting Space Project, Town Project\nNo.5007 Approval and Authorization of Agreement for preparation of\nconstruction plans and specifications, Gillis & Panichapan Architect, Inc.\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council approves the design development plan as\npresented and approves and authorizes an agreement with Gillis &\nPanichapan Architects Inc. (GPa) for preparation of construction plans\nand specifications for the project, in the amount of $632,292,\nauthorizing the Mayor, Town Manager and Town attorney to sign all\ndocuments necessary to implement the project.

Ratify the Staff Action to Change Dealership for Purchase Replacement Fleet\nVehicle #61\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n· Ratifies the staff action authorizing a payee change of an\napproved Purchase Order in the amount not to Exceed\n$40,000 from Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac to Jessup Auto\nPlaza to purchase one (1) 2023 Chevrolet Bolt Electric Vehicle\nreplacement for Vehicle #61.\n· Authorizes the Town Manager or designee to execute all\nvehicle sales paperwork and selling of the surplus vehicle.
