Town Services Consolidation and Public Meeting Space Project, Town Project\nNo.5007 Approval and Authorization of Agreement for preparation of\nconstruction plans and specifications, Gillis & Panichapan Architect, Inc.\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council approves the design development plan as\npresented and approves and authorizes an agreement with Gillis &\nPanichapan Architects Inc. (GPa) for preparation of construction plans\nand specifications for the project, in the amount of $632,292,\nauthorizing the Mayor, Town Manager and Town attorney to sign all\ndocuments necessary to implement the project.
