Tract Map No. 17516 Securities Reduction\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve a reduction of 80-percent of the Faithful Performance Securities for the\nwater, sewer, and drainage improvements for Tract Map No. 17516;\n(2) Accept the water, sewer, and drainage improvements for maintenance; and\n(3) Approve a 60-percent reduction of the Faithful Performance Securities for the\nstreet improvements for said tract map.
