AUTHORIZATION TO INCREASE PURCHASE ORDER WITH 72 HOUR LLC (DBA: CHEVROLET OF WATSONVILLE/NATIONAL AUTO FLEET\nGROUP) BY $57,476 TO AMEND THE MODEL YEAR PURCHASE OF\nFOUR ELECTRIC FORD F-150 LIGHTNING TRUCKS AND EIGHT FORD EXPLORER POLICE INTERCEPTOR HYBRID SPORT UTILITY\nVEHICLES FOR A REVISED NOT-TO-EXCEED TOTAL AMOUNT OF $1,292,759\n(Public Works Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that this action is exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in accordance with Section 15061(b)(3), the General\nRule that CEQA only applies to projects that may have an effect on the environment;\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to increase purchase order with 72 Hour LLC (72 Hour) for an additional $57,476 to amend the model year\npurchase of four Ford F-150 Lightning electric trucks and eight Ford Explorer Police\nInterceptor Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs), thereby increasing the combined purchase order not-to-exceed total amount from $1,235,283 to\n$1,292,759; and\n(3) Neither Competitive Bidding nor Competitive Selection are required pursuant to City Charter Section 1002(H) and Pasadena Municipal Code\nSection 4.08.049(A)(3), contracts with other governmental entities.
