16.\nLaw Enforcement Contract #94-909-A-50 and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with\nthe Victor Valley Union High School District (VVUHSD) to Fund One (1) Additional School\nResource Officer (SRO)\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve the Fiftieth Amendment to Law Enforcement Contract #94-909-A-50 for Law\nEnforcement Services with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department for the period\nof July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 and authorize the Mayor or her designee to process\nall documents required for this agreement;\n(2) Adopt Resolution 23-006 approving an additional appropriation in the amount of\n$104,320 for such agreement; and\n(3) Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between the City of\nVictorville and the Victor Valley Union High School District (VVUHSD) for one (1) additional\nSchool Resource Officer (SRO) and authorize the City Manager or his designee to process\nall documents required for the agreement.
