Approve the Second Amendment to the Joint Use Agreement between the\nCity of Walnut and Walnut Valley Unified School District (WVUSD); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Second Amendment on behalf of the\nCity in substantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by\nthe City Attorney.
