City Council: Approval of Amendment 6, in an amount not to exceed $25,740, to the Professional\nServices Agreement with HdL Coren & Cone for a revised contract amount of $327,141 which\nincludes Consumer Price Index increase, extending the term of the agreement by one year to\nAugust 20, 2024, for property tax management services; and authorization for the City Manager to\nexecute the amendment
