8.4\nADOPTING A LIST OF PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 FUNDED BY\nSenate Bill 1: THE ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017\nComments:\nStaff is recommending the City Council to adopt the list of projects which will be funded\nby Senate Bill 1 (SB1) for Fiscal Year 24. As required by SB1, City Council must accept\nthe project list by resolution in order to receive Road Maintenance and Road Account\n(RMRA) funding for the next fiscal year. Staff has prepared a list of projects which will be\nfunded by SB1 and will continue with matching other requirements to ensure the receipt\nof RMRA funding.\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution entitled: “A\nRESOLUTION ADOPTING A LIST OF PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024\nFUNDED BY SENATE BILL 1: THE ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF\n2017.”
