City Council: Approval of four purchase orders as follows: 1) a purchase order to Guardian Fleet\nSafety, not to exceed $402,500 for the purchase of seven vehicles for the Police Department; 2) a\npurchase order to Emergency Vehicle Systems LLC, not to exceed $162,200 for upfitting the police\nvehicles; 3) a purchase order to DELL, Marketing, not to exceed $24,892 for seven mobile\ncommunication terminals; and, 4) a purchase order to Terry’s Auto Body & Paint, not to exceed\n$8,340, for the painting of doors; and authorization for the Financial Services Director, or designee,\nto execute the purchase orders
