4.8. AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF MISSION VIEJO FOR ANIMAL CONTROL AND\nSHELTER SERVICES\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a seven-year agreement with the City of Mission Viejo for animal control\nand shelter services; and\n2.
