4.17. SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH RK ENGINEERING GROUP\nINC. FOR ON-CALL PARKING AND TRAFFIC ANALYSIS\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a second amendment to the agreement with RK Engineering Group, Inc. to\nperform on-call parking and traffic analysis that renews the agreement for an\nadditional one-year term and increases the total compensation under the agreement\nby $50,000 for a total amount of $100,000; and\n2.
