AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH THE NATELSON GROUP CONSULTING FIRM TO ASSIST THE CITY\nIN UPDATING ITS 2010 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC PLAN AND TO CARRY\nOVER ARPA FUNDS OF $81,620 FROM FY2022-23 TO FY2023-24 TO FUND THE PROJECT\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to enter into a professional services agreement, in the\namount of $81,620, with The Natelson Dale Group, Inc., in a form approved by the City\nAttorney, to assist the City in updating its 2010 Economic Development Strategic Plan;\nand\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
