G. AWARD OF PUBLIC SERVICE GRANT APPLICANTS WITH\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve the Agreement between\nthe City of Jurupa Valley and Path of Life Ministries for Homelessness\nServices for an amount not to exceed $143,759 and authorize the City\nManager to execute the Agreement in substantially the form and format\nattached to the staff report as approved by the City Attorney; and\n2. That the City Council approve the Agreement between the City of Jurupa\nValley and Family Service Association for the Senior Nutrition Program for\nan amount not to exceed $20,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe Agreement in substantially the form and format attached to the staff\nreport as approved by the City Attorney.
