N. AWARD CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT TO VANCE CORPORATION\nFOR OLD MIRA LOMA PHASE 2, CIP #22103\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve and award a construction\nagreement to Vance Corporation in the amount of $2,432,850.00 for the Old\nMira Loma Phase 2, CIP No. 22103, for the work included in its bid\nproposal and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in the\nform attached to the staff report; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent related minor\namendments to the Agreement with Vance Corporation, up to 10% as\ncontingency to cover the cost of any unforeseen conditions; and\n3. Re-appropriate $339,750 of Measure ‘A’ funds and $819,204 of Road\nMaintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) funds from the City’s\nMission Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation Phase 3 Project, Account No.\n71393, to the Project account; and\n4. Re-appropriate $677,181 of Measure ‘A’ funds from the City’s 2022-23\nCitywide Pavement Rehabilitation Project, Account No. 71411, to the\nProject Account.
