M. AWARD CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT TO VANCE CORPORATION\nFOR VAN BUREN PHASE 3 FROM BELLEGRAVE TO ETIWANDA, CIP\n#21111\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve and award a construction\nagreement to Vance Corporation in the amount of $2,424,360.00 for the\nVan Buren Blvd Phase 3, CIP No. 21111, for the work included in its bid\nproposal and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in the\nform attached to the staff report; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent related minor\namendments to the Agreement with Vance Corporation, up to 10% as\ncontingency to cover the cost of any unforeseen conditions; and\n3. Re-appropriate $580,796 of Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account\nfunds from the City’s Mission Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation Phase 3\nProject, Account No. 71393, to the Project account to fund total project\ncosts; and\n4. Appropriate $36,000 of grant funds from the FY 2022-23 CalRecycle\nRubberized Pavement Grant Program.
