3. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF AWARD OF A PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE LEAD AND COPPER RULE SERVICE LINE\nINVENTORY\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Award a Professional Services Agreement (Attachment 1) for the inventorying and\nreporting of lead and copper services as required by the United States\nEnvironmental Protection Agency to TruePani, Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of\n$69,225 payable from Account No. 681-8030-461.56-41; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the professional services agreement.
