Accept the Petition of DMSD Cajun Properties, LLC, PLN 22-0199 located south\nof Newport Road just east of Winter Hawk Road into Community Facilities\nDistrict No. 2017-1 (Maintenance Services) (“CFD No. 2017-1” or “CFD”) as\nAnnexation Area No. 19; and\n2. Adopt a Resolution of Intention to add Annexation Area No. 19 into CFD No.\n2017-1, to authorize the levy of special tax therein to finance certain\nmaintenance services, and to set a public hearing for March 1, 2023.
