Adopt a resolution adopting an Addendum to the City’s General Plan Final\nEnvironmental Impact Report (EIR) (SCH No. 2012071033) and Housing\nElement Update EIR and direct staff to file a Notice of Determination; and\n2. Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. PLN21-0404; and\n3. Introduce an ordinance approving Change of Zone No. PLN21-0405.
