2. AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO A PURCHASE ORDER WITH ABCO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TO PROVIDE A DECONTAMINATION\nSHOWER TRAILER FOR AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $95,080 (Fire\nDept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed actions in the agenda report are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA\nGuidelines Section 15061(b)(3) (General Rule); and\n(2) i) Accept the bid dated May 2, 2022, submitted by ABCO Development Corporation in response to specifications for a four-unit shower trailer;\nii) reject all other bids received; and iii) authorize the City Manager to enter into a\npurchase order for an amount not-to-exceed $95,080.\nTPA
