Adopt a Resolution approving a memorandum of understanding with the Upland\nPolice Officers Association (UPOA);\n2. Adopt a Resolution approving a memorandum of understanding with the Upland\nPolice Management Associations (UPMA);\n3. Adopt a Resolution approving a memorandum of understanding with the Upland Mid-\nManagement Employees Association (UMMEA);\n4. Adopt a Resolution approving a memorandum of understanding with the Upland City\nEmployees Association (UCEA);\n5. Adopt a Resolution amending the Compensation and Benefit Plan for Non-\nRepresented/Confidential Employees;\n6.
